A FINE REGENCY ENGLISH MAHOGANY EXTENDING DINING TABLE WITH STEWART PATENT MECHANISM IN THE MANNER OF GILLOWS the rounded rectangular top with three removable leaves above a Gothic panelled frieze, the undercarriage bearing a brass label for Stewart, Inventor and Patentee, 115 St Martins Lane, Charing Cross, London, raised on four reeded ring-turned legs with brass cup castors; 55.5cm deep, 102cm wide, 71cm high when closed, extending to 255cm with three leaves.
