LEONARD CHARLES NIGHTINGALE (fl. 1880-1904) A LARGE AND IMPRESSIVE LATE 19TH CENTURY PRE-RAPHAELITE OIL ON CANVAS wooded river scene depicting swans and young ladies punting - canvas with Winsor & Newton stamp printed on reverse; signed and dated 1894 - in original decorative gilt moulded frame

84cm high 196cm wide

in very good undamaged and unrestored condition with no losses or tears, original canvas has not been relined, has been in the same Lancashire family for 80+ years.
