 HOW IT WORKS

  • By using the shipping estimate tab located below every lot within live auctions; you can generate a shipping quote designed for that specific lot and based on its delivery location.

 

  • When this area is blank this means we are unable to provide a shipping quote (typically on large items such as furniture) however, you can find a list of our trusted companies below who will be able to help get your items to you as smoothly as possible.
  • If you have been successful in buying an item in an auction and a shipping cost has been pre-allocated, you can view the shipping cost on your invoice which will be available to see in the ‘My Account' section once you’ve signed in.

 

  • If you want to use our shipping service, simply click on the shipping icon on your invoice within the ‘My Account’ area to add the cost to your total bill.

If you are purchasing multiple lots our shipping service will automatically combine the shipping costs to keep the charges to a minimum.

Collections

All items will be available to collect for 7 days after an auction from the address below, thereafter your items may be moved into storage (charges may apply) we will require instruction before collection can go ahead.
