A 20TH CENTURY F.W. ELLIOT LTD RETAILED BY MAPPIN AND WEBB. A THREE TRAIN WESTMINSTER CHIME CHINOISERIE DECORATED INVERTED BELL TOP MANTLE CLOCK the 6" arched brass dial with winged cherub spandrels, silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and outer minute markers enclosing an engraved centre with tempus fugitive badge to the top. Fronting an English made Elliot three train movement with balance wheel escapement striking the hours and quarter on a series of brass rods. Numbered 20373 - playing the quarters on either Westminster or Whittington chimes. The scarlet lacquer case with chinoiserie decorated scenes
