AN ENGLISH GEORGE III FLAMED MAHOGANY EIGHT-DAY BELL TOP VERGE BRACKET CLOCK the 7 inch arched brass dial with rococo cast spandrels and a silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, enclosing a matted centre with mock pendulum and date apertures, below twin subsidiary dials to the arch for strike/silent and rise and fall, fronting an eight-day double fusee movement with fully engraved signed backplate, verge escapement and bell strike, the flame mahogany case with bell top surmounted by a brass handle and finials, canted corners and brass bracket feet.
