AN EARLY 17TH CENTURY GERMAN GILT BRASS QUARTER STRIKING VERGE TOWER CLOCK with a domed pediment housing twin bells within a pierced gallery above a rectangular case with two silvered dials to the front and two subsidiary dials to the reverse, fronting a fusee movement with two spring barrels for the strike and a balance wheel verge escapement.
