A GEORGE III FIGURED MAHOGANY MUSICAL LONGCASE CLOCK the swan neck hood with eglomise panels and brass capped reeded columns on a matching trunk and canted brick moulded base raised on ogee bracket feet, the 14" arched brass dial with gilt masked spandrels and silvered chapter ring surrounding a shell and cross engraved centre with concentric calendar and subsidiary seconds dial below two subsidiary dials for Chime/Silent and Tune/Psalm, the arch with Latin text and revolving moon-phase fronting a substantial eight day three train weight driven movement chiming on ten hammers.
