A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH PORCELAIN PANELLED STRIKING CARRIAGE CLOCK the gilt brass case with fluted corner columns and an angular carrying handle above a bevelled glass top panel, the enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands above a hand painted porcelain panel depicting a wooded landscape with figures along a path, the sides similarly decorated with painted porcelain landscape panels, the eight day spring driven movement striking on a gong.
