A RARE BLUE LACQUER CHINOISERIE QUARTER CHIMING VERGE BRACKET CLOCK the ormolu mounted bell top case with pineapple finials and side carrying handles enclosing an 8" arched brass dial with gilt spandrels and Roman chapter ring surrounding a matted centre with recessed silvered name plaque and calendar aperture, the arch with Strike/Silent dial, fronting a substantial triple fusee eight day movement with signed foliate engraved backplate striking the hours on a large bell and the quarters on a nest of eight bells.
