A 1973 LIMITED EDITION THWAITES & REED BRASS SKELETON CLOCK WITH COUP PERDU ESCAPEMENT No.2 of 100, the eight day fusee timepiece movement with Harrison’s maintaining power and adjustable pallets, silvered skeletonised Roman dial with subsidiary seconds and signed Thwaites & Reed, Clerkenwell, the tapered polished brass plates raised on square-section pillars over a wooden base with screw adjustable brass bun feet, under a glass dome, the design after John Dwerrihouse (1770-1805).
