A FINE EXHIBITION QUALITY OVERSIZED 19TH CENTURY PAINTED SATINWOOD POP-UP PIANO TOP DAVENPORT ATTRIBUTED TO WRIGHT AND MANSFIELD the hinged top section with jumping jack mechanism revealing a secret pop-up section fitted pigeon holes and three drawers, above a hinged pull out leathered writing surface, flanked by leaf carved sides; supported by tapering square columns and platform base, the panelled front and back with a bank of drawers to each side, decorated with aesthetic style painted designs. Provenance; purchased from Harrods in 2001 for £24,000, sold with receipt.
