A FINE MID 19TH CENTURY ROSEWOOD TRIPLE FUSEE QUARTER CHIMING BRACKET CLOCK, No. 1630 with an architectural rosewood case with pediment top and applied brass stringing on a stepped plinth base enclosing an 8" silvered engraved Roman dial with recessed seconds and signed Vulliamy London, the front door opening to reveal subsidiary dials above for strike silent and regulation, the centre engraved AD 1844, fronting a substantial signed 8-day chain-driven triple fusee movement with rise and fall deadbeat escapement quarter chiming on eight bells and striking the hours on a larger bell, with original numbered pendulum with steel rod and large brass bob.
