A GEORGE III FIGURED MAHOGANY EIGHT-DAY BRASS DIAL MOON ROLLER LONGCASE CLOCK the 14" brass arched dial with mask head spandrels and silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and outer minute markers enclosing a matted centre with ringed winding holes, engraved date aperture and recessed name plaque below a rolling moon to the arch fronting an eight-day weight-driven movement with anchor escapement and rack strike on a bell. The figured cross-banded case with swan-neck pediment and long trunk door raised on a panelled base.
