A RARE LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH WESTMISTER BELL CHIME PETITE SONNERIE CARRIAGE CLOCK the gilt brass case with reeded corner columns enclosing an enamel dial with Roman numerals above a Strike/Silent dial operated by a lever to the underside; the spring driven eight-day movement with original compensated lever platform escapement striking and repeating the hours on a gong and chiming the quarters on a nest of four bells.
