LONDON' on a silvered dial plate with Roman chapter ring and scroll engraved centre set with fine blued trefoil hands fronting a glazed panelled cased carriage clock 8-day double chain-driven fusee movement with sprung stop work, plain pillars, sunken lever platform escapement and hour strike on a coiled blued steel gong enclosed by a solid shuttered removable back plate - with a splayed rear foot
