AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY EBONISED BRACKET CLOCK the case with inverted bell top surmounted by a brass carrying handle above a glazed door with pierced sound frets enclosing a 7" brass arched dial with silvered engraved chapter ring and matted centre having mock pendulum and calendar apertures, the arch with subsidiary calendar dial fronting an eight-day double fusee movement with verge escapement and engraved backplate striking the hours on a bell 42cm high.
