A GEORGE III ORMOLU MOUNTED EBONISED VERGE STRIKING BRACKET CLOCK with bell top and brass carrying handle, pierced foliate ormolu mounts and frets, glazed arched door and bracket feet, enclosing a 7" arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring, matted centre, mock pendulum and calendar aperture and a strike/silent dial to the arch, fronting an eight day double fusee movement with verge escapement and foliate engraved backplate striking on a bell.
