HENRY BALTAZAR, PARIS. A RARE EARLY 18TH CENTURY REGULATOR VERGE CLOCK MOVEMENT of rectangular brass dial plate with large outer minute chapter, subsidiary seconds at twelve and Roman hour dial at six, signed Henry Baltazar Paris to the lower edge, with pendulum, pulley and two cylindrical weights, together with a later simple wooden frame.
