WINDMILLS, LONDON. AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY BURR WALNUT LONGCASE CLOCK, the moulded top hood with pierced sound fret frieze and turned gilt capped columns above a 'D' moulded long trunk door on a crossbanded base. The 12" square brass dial with gilt masked spandrels and silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals surrounding a matted centre with seconds dial and date aperture fronting an eight-day, five-pillared weight-driven movement strike on a bell.
