JOHN POOLE, LONDON. A LATE 19TH CENTURY TWO-DAY MARINE CHRONOMETER the brass gimballed drum-shaped case enclosing a 4" silvered engraved dial with gold hands, subsidiary seconds dial and power reserve. The chain-driven fusee movement with Harrison maintaining power and a bimetallic weighted balance wheel, all fitted within a brass-bound, three-tier rosewood case.
