AN UNUSUAL LATE GEORGIAN FIGURED ROSEWOOD AND BOXWOOD INLAID WRITING DESK IN THE MANNER OF GILLOWS of breakfront outline with oval ends, the arched hinged centre lid lifting to reveal a fitted interior above a long frieze drawer, raised on square tapering legs with boxwood stringing united by a shaped concave stretcher and terminating in brass castors.
