A LATE 17TH CENTURY LONGCASE CLOCK MOVEMENT, the 12" square brass dial with crown and cherub spandrels and silvered chapter ring surrounding a matted engraved centre with seconds dial and calendar aperture, the centre with engraved alarm disc fronting an eight-day weight-driven movement with five finned knopped pillars striking on a bell. Signed on the back of the dial.
