The 8" arched brass dial fitted gilt rococo spandrels and painted centre dial with Roman numerals, two subsidiary dials above for calendar and tune selection, Strike/Silent lever to the centre fronting a substantial triple fusee six pillar movement with verge escapement and foliate engraved backplate striking the hours on a bell and playing one of six tunes on a nest of thirteen bells.
