A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH REPEATING CARRIAGE CLOCK WITH CHAFF-CUTTER ESCAPEMENT the one-piece gilt brass case with shuttered back door enclosing an enamel dial with blue Roman numerals fronting an eight-day spring driven movement with original chaff-cutter escapement striking and repeating on a bell.
