A MID 19TH CENTURY GILT BRASS AND ANTICO VERDE CLOCK COMPENDIUM with engraved stepped brass mounted marble case enclosing a 4" enamel dial with Roman numerals and exposed Brocot type escapement with jewelled pallets above a central masked date dial with three further enamel dials flanked by two thermometers and an outset compass; raised on brass feet. The eight-day spring driven movement, striking the hours and half hours on a bell.
