A GEORGE III MAHOGANY ORMOLU MOUNTED AUTOMATON BRACKET CLOCK the bell top case surmounted by a hinged brass handle above a glazed door flanked by ormolu caryatid corners enclosing a 7" brass arched dial with gilt rococo spandrels and silvered chapter ring enclosing a matted centre with calendar aperture, the arch with rocking figural automaton within a silvered ring engraved 'MERTH AND MAGICK (Magic)' fronting an eight day double-fusee movement with verge escapement and foliate engraved backplate striking the hours on a bell
