AN 18TH CENTURY OAK HOODED 30HR WALL CLOCK the 7" square brass dial with spandrels and silvered Roman chapter ring calibrated with inner quarter markings enclosing a foliated engraved centre with single steel hand and alarm setting disc fronting a chain driven brass and steel 30-hour movement with large anchor escapement and elongated plates, turned pillars and bell strike; with side fitted alarm work. The case with dentil moulded cornice above fruitwood side pillars and a shaped base.
